摘要
在新时代背景下,职业教育产教融合的理念得到了进一步的深化和拓展.为有效解决轨道交通行业技能人员失衡问题,实施产学研深度融合、校企协同育人,形成"分类分阶,因材施教"人才培养模式新范式,构建"三维一体,岗课赛证"个性化课程体系,出"四方合作,三班联动"四级能力递进式人才培养路径,示范作用凸显,成为教育教学改革的前沿阵地和探索培养工匠人才的专属区.
Abstract
In the context of the new era,the concept of integration of industry and education in vocational education has been further deepened and expanded.In order to effectively solve the problem of imbalance of skilled personnel in the rail transit industry,implement deep integration of production,education and research,school-enterprise collaborative education,and to form a new paradigm of"classification and grading,teaching according to aptitude"talent training model,and to construct"three-dimensional integration,post course certificate"personalized curriculum system,the"four-party cooperation,three-class linkage"four-level ability progressive talent training path,the demonstration role is highlighted,and it has become the forefront of education and teaching reform and an exclusive area for exploring and cultivating craftsman talents.
