江苏特色现代学徒制模式实施途径研究

摘要
现代学徒制是目前国际公认的专业人才培养的先进模式之一.如何实施现代学徒制本地化是中国职业教育正在尝试和探索的一个重要课题.本文在分析西方现代学徒制主要模式和政策措施的基础上,结合中国现代学徒制的实践经验和江苏地区现代学徒制实施现状,提出了实施江苏省特色现代学徒制的主要措施和政策建议.
Abstract
Modern apprenticeship is one of the internationally recognized advanced models for the training of professional talents.How to implement the localization of modern apprenticeship is an important topic that China's vocational education is trying to explore.Based on the analysis of the main models and policy measures of modern apprenticeship in the West,combined with the practical experience of modern apprenticeship in China and the implementation status of modern apprenticeship in Jiangsu,this paper puts forward the main measures and policy suggestions for the implementation of modern apprenticeship with Jiangsu characteristics.
