Exploration and Practice of Innovative Path of Talent Training in the Automotive Industry based on the Integration of Industry and Education
With the rapid development of technology and the upgrading of industrial structure,the automotive industry urgently needs professionals with high quality and innovation ability.In view of the current problems in talent training in the automotive industry,this study proposes a talent training model based on the integration of industry and education.The research adopts the methods of literature analysis and case studies,and through in-depth cooperation with industry enterprises,the teaching content,teaching team,practice base and innovation platform with the participation of schools and enterprises are constructed.The results show that this model can effectively improve students'professional skills and innovative practice ability,shorten the distance between students and industry needs,and improve the adaptability and practicability of education.At the same time,this model also promotes resource sharing and win-win benefits between schools and enterprises,and injects new impetus into the sustainable development of the automotive industry.This study provides an innovative path for the deep integration of higher education and the automotive industry,and has important theoretical significance and practical value.
