基于世赛的数控铣实训课程应用研究

我国制造业转型升级促使职业教育面临更高要求以满足高技能人才需求.世界技能大赛体现职业技能先进水平,职业院校需紧盯其赛事各方面,培养高素质人才.文中重点阐述世界技能大赛数控铣项目,包括其实操考核方式、比赛模块与设施等内容.通过与该项目对比,指出我国职业院校在数控铣教学中存在实训基础设施落后、教学模式与软件应用滞后等问题,导致学生技能与企业需求不符.为此,提出应对标世赛标准更新实训基础设施,依据竞赛内容修订实训课程,注重学生基本技能培养和工件质量,从而为制造强国战略提供人才支持.
Research on the Application of CNC Milling Training Course based on the World Competition
The transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry has prompted vocational education to face higher requirements to meet the demand for high-skilled talents.The WorldSkills Competition reflects the advanced level of vocational skills,and vocational colleges need to pay close attention to all aspects of the competition to cultivate high-quality talents.The article focuses on the CNC milling project of the WorldSkills Competition,including the actual operation assessment method,competition modules and facilities.By comparing with the project,it is pointed out that there are problems such as backward training infrastructure,lagging teaching mode and software application in CNC milling teaching in China's vocational colleges,which lead to the mismatch between students'skills and the needs of enterprises.To this end,it is proposed to update the training infrastructure according to the standard of the World Competition,revise the training course according to the content of the competition,and pay attention to the training of students'basic skills and the quality of workpieces,so as to provide talent support for the strategy of manufacturing power.
