Research on the Construction and Implementation of the Characteristic Undergraduate Curriculum System of Urban Rail Transit Driving Organization
With the acceleration of urbanization,urban rail transit has become an important means to solve the problem of traffic congestion in large cities.In order to meet the demand for professionals in the rail transit industry,it is important to improve the teaching quality of urban rail transit driving organization courses.This study focuses on the job demand orientation and discusses the construction and implementation of the undergraduate curriculum system of urban rail transit driving organization.Through the analysis of the existing courses,the course content construction and practice-oriented teaching mode based on the job ability requirements are proposed,and the innovation of the diversified evaluation system is combined to effectively improve the students'professional quality and practical ability.The results show that a reasonable curriculum system reform can better meet the actual needs of urban rail transit operation positions and improve students'employment competitiveness.
