摘要
本文介绍了一种柔性发动机实训拧紧培训装置,旨在提供一种能够模拟真实发动机装配环境中螺栓拧紧操作的实训设备,以提高学员在发动机装配过程中的螺栓拧紧技能水平.该装置包括模拟发动机组件、拧紧工具模块、传感器模块、反馈系统.通过模拟发动机组件的真实尺寸和材质,以及拧紧工具模块和传感器模块的精确控制,该装置能够实时反馈拧紧过程中的参数,帮助学员掌握正确的拧紧方法和技巧.
Abstract
This paper introduces a flexible engine training and tightening training device,which aims to provide a training equipment that can simulate the bolt tightening operation in the real engine assembly environment,so as to improve the bolt tightening skill level of trainees in the engine assembly process.The unit includes an analog engine assembly,a tightening tool module,a sensor module,and a feedback system.By simulating the real size and material of the engine components,as well as the precise control of the tightening tool module and sensor module,the device is able to provide real-time feedback on the parameters of the tightening process,thus helping the trainees master the correct tightening methods and techniques.
