Exploration and Research of the Integration of Industry and Education in the Teaching Reform of New Energy Vehicles
Under the guidance of the theory of integration of industry and education,the teaching reform of new energy vehicles is of great significance,which can not only strengthen the relationship between professional teaching and job skills,but also improve the job competitiveness of students after graduation,effectively adapt to the development of the new energy vehicle industry,adapt the course teaching content to the development of industry technology,and lay the foundation for students'future employment.There is a lack of technical talents in the new energy vehicle industry,and teachers should pay more attention to the cultivation of students'practical ability.Based on this,this paper takes the value of new energy vehicle teaching reform under the integration of industry and education as the starting point,briefly discusses the principles of new energy vehicle teaching reform under the integration of industry and education,and puts forward strategies such as"industrial demand analysis,clear teaching direction""building a teaching system and building a learning platform""carrying out practical competitions and hiring experts to guide""establishing an evaluation system and testing the teaching effect",aiming to provide reference for the teaching reform of new energy vehicles and further implement the requirements of the education concept of integration of industry and education.
