职业教育作为培养技术技能型人才的重要途径,更加注重培养学生的实践能力.各大职业院校均重视技能与岗位对接,特别是作为新战略产业下的新能源汽车类专业.没有与时俱进的新能源实车,没有可视化的数字化实训室导致学生获取与岗位实际需求脱节的技能、学习兴趣淡薄等.新能源背景下职业教育数字化实训室建设破解了不断更新实车的成本问题,在还原现实且安全的环境中,借助数字孪生,科学分析和评价学生技能水平,达到培养复合型技能人才的目标.
Research on the Construction and Application of Digital Training Room in Vocational Education under the Background of New Energy
As an important way to cultivate technical and skilled talents,vocational education pays more attention to cultivating students'practical ability.Major vocational colleges attach importance to the docking of skills and positions,especially as a new strategic industry under the new energy vehicle major.There is no new energy real vehicle that keeps pace with the times,and there is no visual digital training room,which leads to students acquiring skills that are out of touch with the actual needs of the job and weak interest in learning.In the context of new energy,the construction of digital training room for vocational education solves the cost problem of constantly updating real vehicles,and scientifically analyzes and evaluates students'skill levels with the help of digital twins in a realistic and safe environment,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating compound skilled talents.
