Optimization Analysis of Fastening Structure of Front Axle Brake of Commercial Vehicle
Firstly,the matching between the shear load of fasteners under the action of braking force(torque)and its allowable shear load is theoretically analyzed.Then the article calculates and analyzes the matching between the axial force required by the loosening of the connected part and the axial preload force generated by the tightening of the fastener.The reliability of bolt connection of brake bottom plate is evaluated by calculating the safety factor of shear load and preload of fastener.
