基于物联网的汽车远程健康监测与预测性维修策略

随着物联网和智能技术的快速发展,车辆远程健康监测与预测性维修逐渐成为提升车辆运行安全性、降低维护成本的重要手段.2020 年《智能汽车创新发展战略》指出,应实现"车云协同",推动车辆健康监测与故障预测的智能化进程.基于物联网架构的监测系统能够通过多传感器采集车辆实时数据,经由5G与LoRa等低延迟网络实现数据的高效传输,并结合机器学习模型对车辆状态进行智能分析.本文基于多层架构设计了车辆远程监测系统,实现了数据的采集、分析与预测,显著提升了预测性维修的准确性与及时性,有效降低了车辆停机率.
Internet-of-Thing-based Remote Health Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance Strategies for Automobiles
With the rapid development of the Internet of Things and intelligent technology,remote health monitoring and predictive maintenance of vehicles have gradually become an important means to improve the safety of vehicle operation and reduce maintenance costs.The 2020"Intelligent Vehicle Innovation and Development Strategy"pointed out that"vehicle-cloud collaboration"should be realized to promote the intelligent process of vehicle health monitoring and fault prediction.The monitoring system based on the Internet-of-Thing architecture can collect real-time vehicle data through multiple sensors,realize efficient data transmission through low-latency networks such as 5G and LoRa,and intelligently analyze the vehicle status in combination with machine learning models.In this paper,a vehicle remote monitoring system is designed based on a multi-layer architecture,which realizes the collection,analysis and prediction of data,significantly improves the accuracy and timeliness of predictive maintenance,and effectively reduces the vehicle downtime rate.
