Research on Public Transport Management in a Low-carbon Economy
Under the background of the"dual carbon"goal and the transformation of low-carbon economy,promoting the reform of public transportation management is facing new situations and new requirements.This paper systematically discusses the ideas and countermeasures for promoting the high-quality development of public transportation in the new era from three dimensions:building a new generation of intelligent transportation infrastructure ecology,innovating data-driven refined operation and service models,and improving a diversified and collaborative low-carbon transformation governance mechanism.The study concludes that it is necessary to make overall use of new technology empowerment,data value mining,institutional mechanism innovation and other means to accelerate the construction of a modern public transport governance system that is compatible with low-carbon development,and give full play to the key role of public transport in leading the low-carbon transformation of transportation and helping to achieve the"double carbon"goal.
