摘要

提高教师专业素养、培养大批专家型教师已成为我国新时代教师队伍建设的重要目标.对一位小学英语专家型教师的专业学习经历进行叙事探究,揭示了教师个体层面的学习动机、学习反思和身份认同,以及组织层面的专业领导者与专业成长平台等因素对教师学习的影响.研究进一步揭示了从外力促动到自我导向的教师个体学习路径,以及不同专业发展阶段的教师个体学习机制.

Abstract

Enhancing teacher professional quality and cultivating a large number of expert teachers have become important goals in the construction of the teaching workforce in the new era in China.A narrative inquiry into the professional learning experiences of an expert primary school English teacher reveals the impact of individual factors such as learning motivation,reflective practice,and identity recognition,as well as organizational factors like professional leaders and professional development platforms on teacher learning.The study further elucidates the transition from externally driven to self-directed learning pathways for teachers and the individual learning mechanisms at different stages of professional development..
