摘要
本文以教育生态观理论为支撑,通过在沿海某大城市A校开展为期一年的行动研究,探索出了"系统—平衡—联系"学习型英语教研组建设路径.该研究表明,开展学习型教研组建设能有效减轻英语经验教师的职业倦怠感,促进英语教师的专业发展,但部分教育生态环境依然制约英语教师的专业发展.
Abstract
Supported by the theory of educational ecology,this article explores the construction path of a"system-balance-connection"learning-oriented English teaching and research group through a one-year action research project conducted at School A in a coastal megapolis.The research demonstrates that the establishment of a learning-oriented teaching and research group can effectively alleviate job burnout among experienced English teachers and promote their professional development.However,certain aspects of the educational ecological environment still pose limitations to the professional growth of English teachers.
