本文从活动理论的角度出发,设计了旨在促进教师专业发展的"高端备课"项目.研究采用了质性多案例研究方法,通过访谈、观察及文本分析等途径,深入探究了三位高中英语教师在该项目中的学习历程及成效.研究发现,"高端备课"项目在教师的专业、情感和精神三个维度上均产生了不同程度的正面效应.此外,本研究以活动系统中的核心要素为基本分析框架,进一步探讨了影响教师专业发展的关键因素.
Abstract
Guided by activity theory,this study designs a"High-end Lesson Study"program which aims to facilitate middle school English teachers'professional development.A qualitative multiple-case study approach is adopted to investigate teachers'learning.Multiple sources of data were collected,including interviews,observations,and documents.Data analyses revealed that the program exerted different positive impacts on teachers in terms of cognition,emotion as well as spirit.In addition,the fundamental elements of the activity system were used as the basic analytical framework to further explore the key factors that influence teacher professional development.
