Application of Supercritical Fluid Extraction and Separation Technology
Supercritical fluid has unique physical properties,it is a kind of environmentally friendly green solvent.Supercritical extraction technology is a new,clean and efficient green separation method with green technology.In this paper,the basic characteristics of supercritical fluid,the basic principle and characteristics of supercritical fluid extraction,the main types of supercritical fluid,the application of supercritical fluid technology in traditional Chinese medicine and natural products were summarized.The prospect of the application of supercritical extraction technology was discussed.
