New Quality Productivity Drives the Quality and Ability of Grassroots Trade Union Cadres:Model Reshaping and Practical Path
The development of the new quality of productive forces has brought about new changes in workers,labor skills and labor relations,and these changes have prompted trade unions to take active ac-tion and play a role in the development of the new quality productive forces.The ability and effectiveness of trade unions to take action depends to a large extent on the quality and ability of grass-roots trade union cadres.Therefore,this paper discusses the quality and ability of grass-roots trade union cadres to adapt to the development of new quality productive forces.Through in-depth interviews with grassroots trade union cadres in X city and Y city and combined with the text data obtained from the questionnaire survey,the grounded theory method was used to analyze the text data in turn,including open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,and six main categories were formed:political literacy,innovative ideas,trade union mission outlook,knowledge structure,professional management a-bility and professional psychological characteristics,so as to construct a quality and ability model of grassroots trade union cadres oriented to the development of new quality productivity.The following sug-gestions are put forward to improve the quality and ability of the grass-roots trade unions:Strengthen the study of political theory,enhance the cultivation of Party spirit,grasp the correct political direction;Deeply understand the nature of new quality productivity and new labor,and drive the work with innova-tive ideas;Strengthen the value recognition of trade union work and highlight the power of trade union;advocate the good atmosphere of continuous learning and combined with learning and application to adapt to the new work situation.
