Practical Strategies for Trade Union Organizations to Participate in Digital Grassroots Governance:A Case Study of Shanghai
At present,grassroots governance has entered the stage of institutional reshaping of digital transformation,and trade unions,as mass organizations,have inherent organizational advantages and can become an important force for the construction of grassroots governance pattern.Shanghai has incorporat-ed"trade unions"into the overall plan for urban digital transformation,but in the process of integrating trade union resources into the urban operation management system,there are problems such as different underlying logic,poor system coordination,insufficient application scenarios,and low value of data re-search and judgment.
