Soil of typical chestnut planting field in Linyi area was investigated, and several primary soil nutrient contents were determined in present study. The results preliminarily elucidated current status of soil nutrient in chestnut field and problems, and provided scientific basis for adequate fertilizing, establishing compensation system of soil fertility in chestnut field and improving yield and quality of chestnut.
