摘要
菲律宾、越南等南海声索国在美日等域外大国的庇护下，不断挑衅中国在南海的主权权威，南海问题已经演变为南海主权争议以及大国战略博弈两个层面的问题，南海问题发生了根本性的变化。对南海争端现状及对策采用文献研究法、定性分析法等予以探析。面对错综复杂的南海局势，我国解决南海争端需要综合运用法律手段、外交手段甚至军事手段，在修炼“内功”的同时，也是积极防御他国的干涉。
Abstract
Philippines, Vietnam and other South China Sea surrounding countries have been constantly violating the South China Sea sovereign under the protection of outside powers, which makes this dispute into a severe problem that involves sovereign issue and superpower games. This paper adopts literature research method and qualititive method to analyze the already changed South China Sea issue. China should take integrated application of laws, diplomacy or even military means in the complicated situation,on the one hand to improve its onw power , on the other hand, to actively defend the outside intervention.
