Study on Organisational Strength Enhancement of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations under the Perspective of Rural Revitalisation Strategy:Based on the Empirical Analysis of Eight Villages From Two Cities,Five Counties or Districts
To fully implement the rural vitalization strategy is a major initiative adopted at the 20th National Congress of the CPC,and a key to advancing agricultural and rural modernization in the new era.As the center of rural governance,ural grass-roots organizations of the CPC is the fundamental guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Starting from the organizational strength construction of ural grass-roots organizations of the CPC and through the investigation and data analysis of two cities five counties and eight villages the problems and bottlenecks existing in the rural strategy practice of rural grassroots Party organization are summarized.This article explores the effective path for rural grass-roots organizations of CPC to lead rural economic development and win the comprehensive victory of rural revitalization from the aspectof optimizing the construction of rural grass-roots organizations of CPC structure,organizational operation mechanism,and organizational service capacity.
