The Study Investigates Strategies for Enhancing the Employability of University Students Majoring in Plant Protection from an Enterprise Perspective
The survey reveals that employers emphasize the practical abilities,comprehensive application of knowledge for problem analysis and solving,diligent work ethic,and teamwork consciousness in graduates.From the perspective of enterprises,this article studies and establishes a path to enhance the employment ability of college students centered on job competency.It proposes guiding students to actively engage in modern agriculture development,fostering their sense of responsibility towards agriculture through volunteering activities.Additionally,it suggests integrating scientific research,industry collaboration,and off-campus practical experiences to enhance students'professional skills and innovation capabilities while strengthening their foundational literacy education and social adaptability.Ultimately,this approach aims to cultivate plant protection professionals who are capable of effectively applying their knowledge.
