摘要
乡村振兴战略的实施需要"三农"领域专业人才的支撑.地方高校与农村、农业和农民有着紧密联系,能够为农村和农业发展培养大量技能型和应用型人才.结合"三农"人才培养的必要性,针对地方高校在助力"三农"人才培育中遇到的问题,地方高校应审时度势、诊视问题,通过强化与产业对接的专业结构、构建产学研培养及培训体系、优化师资结构与培训机制等对策,提升"三农"人才培养的针对性、实效性,推动乡村振兴的稳健发展.
Abstract
The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy requires the support of professional talents in the fields of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.Local universities have close geographical and emotional ties with rural areas,agriculture,and farmers,and can cultivate a large number of skilled and applied talents for rural and agricultural development.Based on the necessity of cultivating talents in agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,and in response to the problems existing in local universities'assistance in cultivating talents in agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,local universities must assess the situation and diagnose problems.By strengthening the professional structure of industry integration,constructing an industry university research and training system,optimizing the teacher structure and training mechanism,and other measures,the pertinence and effectiveness of talent cultivation in agriculture,rural areas,and farmers can be improved,and the steady development of rural revitalization can be promoted.
