摘要
人才是影响农村经济发展的关键因素,推进乡村振兴战略,需要一批具备一定的英语运用能力,掌握现代农业技术,适应新时期农村经济发展要求的、懂技术、懂英语的新型职业农民.乡村振兴战略下,相关部门应结合新型职业农民的基本特征,通过构建个性化与系统化融合教育模式、构建覆盖性与时效性的混合式提升模式、形成"走出去"与"走进来"的交互模式等策略,提升职业农民的英语能力.
Abstract
Talent is a key factor affecting the development of rural economy.To promote the strategy of rural revitalization,it is necessary to have a group of new vocational farmers who have certain English proficiency,master modern agricultural technology,and adapt to the requirements of rural economic development in the new era,understand technology,and English.Under the strategy of rural revitalization,relevant departments should combine the basic characteristics of new professional farmers and the necessity of improving farmers'English,and improve the English ability of professional farmers by building personalized and systematic integration education model,building a hybrid improvement model of coverage and timeliness,and forming an interactive model of"going out"and"coming in".
