国家将美丽乡村建设作为推进乡村振兴战略的重要途径,全国各地区村庄规划也正在广泛而深入的进行中.大别山地区作为皖西典型山区地区,村庄大多依山而建,布局分散,整体风貌不协调,且大多数建设行为是村民自发的、盲目的和杂乱的,村庄规划和建设管理面临着各种问题和挑战.文章以霍山县胡家河村为例,旨在探讨乡村振兴战略下,从村庄环境资源现状、村本产业情况、历史文脉传承、整体风貌重塑等层面制定符合皖西大别山地区特点的村庄规划设计策略,不仅填补了皖西大别山地区乡村规划相关研究的不足,并对推动该地区乡村振兴发展具有重要意义.
A Study on Strategies of Planning Programming of Villages in Dabie Mountains of Western Anhui Province under Rural Revitalization Strategy:Taking Hujiahe Village in Huoshan County as an Example
The construction of beautiful countyside is implemented as an important approach to promote the strategy of rural revitalization,and village planning in various regions of the country is also being carried out extensively and deeply.As a typical mountainous area in western Anhui province,most villages in Dabie Mountain area are built on mountains,with scattered layout and uncoordinated overall features.Moreover,most of the construction has been made by villagers themselves without any planning,so the planning and construction management of villages are faced with various problems and challenges.Taking Hujiahe Village of Huoshan County as an example,the article aims to discuss the rural revitalization strategy and formulate a planning programming strategy of villages in line with the characteristics of Dabie Mountain in western Anhui from the perspectives of the current situation of village environment and resources,the situation of village industry,historical traditional transmission,and the overall style remodeling.It not only makes up the deficiencies of rural planning research in Dabie Mountain area of western Anhui province,but also has great significance for promoting rural revitalization and development in this region.
