The study constructs an indicator evaluation system for the new urbanization and regional economy in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2020,uses the entropy method to calculate the weight of each indicator in the system,and obtains a comprehensive evaluation index for the new urbanization and regional economic system.Based on this,the study establishes a coupling coordination degree model to analyze the degree of coupling coordination between the two.The results show that from 2010 to 2020,the level of new urbanization and regional economic development in Anhui Province has been continuously improving,and the coupling coordination level has developed from a mild imbalance level to a high-quality coordination level.The coupling stage has progressed from the initial antagonistic period to the optimal coupling period.Based on this,it is proposed to strengthen the integration of factor resources and promote the high-quality construction of new urbanization,implement regional linkage development to promote industrial structure upgrading,coordinate development and build a good interactive mechanism between new urbanization and regional economy.Based on this,we should try to achieve a virtuous coupling between new urbanization and regional economy,and promote high-quality development of China's economy.
