National folk music is an organic part of human culture.It is rooted in society and comes from life.It not only has the cultural function of entertaining the masses,but also has the normative function of maintaining social stability and harmony.In the process of comprehensively implementing the strategy of revitalizing the countryside,folk music plays a role in rallying people's hearts and improving the sense of national identity.Inheriting and carrying forward folk music culture has a distinct value of the times for boosting the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the logical relationship between rural revitalization,rural cultural revitalization and folk music,this paper analyzes the value functions and problems of folk music culture,and proposes scientific and reasonable development strategies such as creating music cultural ecology,innovating folk music culture,and cultivating music successors.
