新时代县域城乡融合发展路径研究

摘要
县域一直以来都是我国城镇体系中不可或缺的组成部分,它向上连接着城市,向下连通着乡村,是城乡融合发展的理想载体.当前,中国正处于推进乡村振兴战略的关键时期,以县域为基本单元推进城乡融合发展,成为推进乡村全面振兴的关键所在.本文在梳理我国城乡融合发展政策演变的基础上,就新征程下为何以县域为基本单元推进城乡融合发展展开了理论分析,最后就如何推进县域城乡融合发展提出了具体路径.
Abstract
County has always been an indispensable component of China's urban system,connecting cities upwards and rural areas downwards,making it an ideal carrier for urban-rural integration and development.At present,China is in a critical period of promoting rural revitalization strategy,with counties as the basic unit to promote urban-rural integration and development,becoming the key to promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.On the basis of reviewing the evolution of China's urban-rural integration development policies,this article conducts a theoretical analysis on why counties should be used as the basic unit to promote urban-rural integration development in the new journey.Finally,specific paths are proposed on how to promote urban-rural integration development in counties.
