摘要
引导低龄老年人才参与乡村振兴,既是解决乡村振兴人才不足的必然要求,也是应对人口老龄化的现实选择.在各级政府、社会组织及老年人自身的共同努力下,低龄老年人才积极参与乡村振兴实践并取得了较好的成效,但也面临着社会观念存在误区、政府支持力度不足、服务保障机制不全等现实困境.要在顶层设计、平台建设、服务保障等方面发力.充分发挥低领老年人才在农村振兴中的作用.
Abstract
Guiding the young elderly talents to participate in rural revitalization is not only an inevitable requirement to solve the shortage of rural revitalization talents,but also a realistic choice to deal with the population aging.Under the joint efforts of governments at all levels,social organizations and the elderly themselves,the young elderly talents actively participate in the practice of rural revitalization and have achieved good results,but they are also faced with practical difficulties such as misunderstandings in social concepts,insufficient government support,and incomplete service guarantee mechanism.It is necessary to make efforts in top-level design,platform construction,service guarantee,and other aspects to fully leverage the human capital dividends of young elderly talents in rural revitalization.
