Evaluation of Low-carbon Development Level and Factors Analysis on Yellow River Basin
Based on the theory of low-carbon economy,this paper designs an indicator system including three first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators from the three aspects of social and economic development,resource flow and energy flow,and measures the level of low-carbon economic development in all provinces and regions along the Yellow River from 2010 to 2020.The results show that the level of low-carbon economic development in various provinces and regions along the Yellow River shows an overall stable improvement trend,but it shows different distribution characteristics in time and space.On this basis,the influencing factors of low-carbon development differentiation are analyzed,and finally the countermeasures for achieving high-quality economic and social development in the Yellow River Basin are proposed.
