乡村振兴战略是一个多维度"目标工程",不仅要"振软件"还要"兴硬件",既要构建物质文明,还要构建精神文明,所以乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴全面推进的应有之义.乡村音乐文化拥有口头性、地域性、集体性的特点,是乡土文化、农耕文化、民族文化、历史文化、地域文化的传承载体,是文化价值、文化思想、文化理念传承的重要渠道.加强音乐文化传播与建设,对推进乡村文化振兴拥有鲜明的功能.应明确乡村文化振兴的科学内涵,分析乡村音乐文化建设的问题,制定科学的发展路线.
Abstract
The rural revitalization strategy is a multi-dimensional"target project"that not only requires"software revitalization"but also"hardware revitalization",as well as building both material and spiritual civilizations.Therefore,the revitalization of rural culture is a necessary component of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Rural music culture has the characteristics of orality,regionality,and collectiveness.It is a carrier for the inheritance of local culture,agricultural culture,ethnic culture,historical culture,and regional culture,and an important channel for the inheritance of cultural values,cultural ideas,and cultural concepts.Strengthening the dissemination and construction of music culture has a distinct function in promoting the revitalization of rural culture.We should clarify the scientific connotation of rural cultural revitalization,analyze the problems in rural music culture construction,and formulate a scientific development path.
