In the process of rural governance,the application of digital technology can significantly improve governance efficiency,enhance information disclosure,strengthen comprehensive management,and improve the scientific nature of decision-making.By using the Institutional Analysis and Development Framework(IAD Framework)proposed by Ostrom and combining with the current situation of rural governance,a framework for institutional analysis of rural governance is constructed from five dimensions:formal and informal institutional dimensions,institutional implementation mechanisms,stakeholder participation,and external environmental factors.The theoretical inspiration of digital technology in promoting rural governance is proposed,providing reference for research in related fields.
