Research on Innovation of Rural Governance in the New Era:A Case Study of Taizhou in Jiangsu Province
Rural governance is not only an important component of the national governance system,but also an important part of the overall revitalization of rural areas.Taking Taizhou as an example,this paper explores new model and path of rural governance.The research shows that the current rural governance is mainly faced with many village-level affairs,heavy burden on the grass-roots;lack of young talents,measures difficult to implement;high financial pressure,insufficient investment and other bottlenecks.Although the governance models adopted in different villages are different,they have some common features.It is suggested to strengthen the leadership of rural grass-roots party organizations with the construction of talents as the core,to enhance the autonomy and assistance of villagers'committees with the definition of power and responsibility as the center,to focus on reform and innovation,improve the"Three-in-one"governance system,digital intelligence-oriented,activate the new engine of rural governance,and improve the level of rural governance.
