Ecological slope protection has become an important development direction of slope protection in highway construction recently, but the steep slope slope, poor natural conditions of the slope and low soil fertility have adverse effects on plant growth, while microbial agents have a good effect on the growth of plants and the improvement of soil properties. In this paper, tall fescue was used as the test plant, and the simulated slope of the iron box with a slope of 15° was customized, and the soil was mixed with Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus velezus and Bacillus fast-growing B.brevis, respectively,to study the effects of different fungal agents on seed germination of tall fescue and soil properties at different locations. The results showed that the addition of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus velez could promote the seed germination of tall fescue and soil properties improvement at different locations on the slope, but the latter had a slightly lower promoting effect than the former. The germination rate of tall fescue under the treatment of B.fastifloris was lower than that of the control group, and there was no significant difference in soil organic matter, hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus content compared with the control group.Under the same treatment, different locations of slope had different effects on seed germination rate and soil properties, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In general, when tall fescue is selected for highway slope greening,Bacillus subtilis can be applied to promote its growth and improve soil nutrients.
