Teaching Reform and Exploration of the Course"Organic Acid Technology":Taking the Bioengineering Speciality of Gansu Agricultural University as an Example
The course"Organic Acid Technology"is a professional elective course for the bioengineering speciality in our university,which has strong practicality and dense knowledge,and is closely related to the organic acid industry in China.In classroom teaching,mobilizing students'learning enthusiasm and improving learning efficiency are the keys to achieving the teaching objectives of the course.This paper summarizes the exploratory reforms carried out by the course team in the optimization of teaching content,construction of mixed teaching mode,innovation in practical teaching,and reform of assessment methods,in order to provide reference for the continuous improvement of subsequent courses.
