乡村振兴和非遗创新人才质量提升是两个密切关联的板块,可以耦合的方式和螺旋共促的系统进行互嵌.就陇南民族地区实际情况来看,互嵌侧重于非遗创新人才质量的提升.双方互嵌可改善乡村发展的结构进路,促动各类各层次产业的形成和兴旺,激活生态链条.陇南民族地区在乡村振兴中通过必要的政策支持、资金扶持、文化滋养为非遗创新人才质量提升创造契机,还可为其构筑必要的社会平台和群众基础以扩大影响.陇南民族地区非遗文化丰富,但也存在着许多现实梗阻,以非遗创新人才质量的提升为契入点,形成战略引擎,弘扬民族非遗文化,构建双循环发展格局,可为乡村振兴赋能,破梗向前.
Functional Explanation of Mutual Embeddedness and Co-construction between Rural Revitalisation and Quality Enhancement of Innovative Talents of Intangible Cultural Heritage:Taking Longnan Ethnic Area as an Example
Rural revitalization and the quality improvement of intangible heritage innovation talents are two closely related plates,which can be embedded in a coupled way and a spiral co-promotion system.As far as the actual situation of Longnan ethnic minority area is concerned,mutual embedding focuses on the improvement of the quality of intangible cultural heritage innovative talents.The two sides can improve the structural approach of rural development,promote the formation and prosperity of various industries at all levels,and activate the ecological chain.In the process of rural revitalization,the ethnic areas of Longnan can create opportunities for the quality improvement of intangible cultural heritage innovative talents through necessary policy support,financial support and cultural nourishment,and also build necessary social platform and mass foundation for them to expand their influence.Longnan ethnic minority areas are rich in intangible cultural heritage,but there are also many practical obstacles.Depending on quality improvement of the innovative talents on intangible cultural heritage,it is hoped to form a strategic engine,promote national intangible cultural heritage and construct a double-cycle development pattern,which can empower rural revitali-sation.
