Internal Mechanism and Promotion Strategy of Digital Agriculture Development
Digital agriculture is a kinetic engine to promote the high-quality development of China's agriculture and an important part of building a digital countryside.It is found that enhancing agricultural production efficiency,optimizing the supply chain of agricultural products,stimulating the vitality of rural agricultural innovation,and promoting the diversification of the rural economy are the intrinsic mechanisms of digital agriculture for the development of agriculture and rural areas.The effectiveness of digital agriculture in China in recent years has been sorted out in three aspects:digital infrastructure in rural areas,digitization of agricultural production,and digitization of agricultural product management and sales.In order to develop digital agriculture more effectively,efforts should be made to address key issues such as the standard system of digital agriculture,rural governance capacity under digitalization,and the"digital divide"in rural areas.
