绿色金融支持农村经济内在逻辑与实现路径

摘要
随着我国供给侧结构性改革的深入,大力发展绿色产业逐渐成为社会经济发展的着力点与发力点.应运而生的绿色金融为推动中国经济建设及绿色产业发展提供了必要的支撑,拓宽了我国乡村经济发展的维度.但绿色金融赋能乡村经济建设的过程中却面临着政策落地难、金融政策宣导不足、绿色产品认证体系不完善等问题,为此,相关部门应结合绿色金融赋能乡村经济的内在逻辑,从信贷宣传、产品认证、金融政策落地等维度出发,探究出科学的实现路径.
Abstract
With the deepening of China's supply side structural reform,vigorously developing green industries has gradually become the focus and driving force of social and economic development.The emergence of green finance has provided necessary support for promoting China's economic construction and green industry development,expanding the dimensions of rural economic development in China.However,in the process of empowering rural economy with green finance,there are difficulties in policy implementation,insufficient financial policy promotion,and incomplete green product certification system.Therefore,relevant departments should combine the internal logic of empowering rural economy with green finance,and explore scientific implementation paths from the dimensions of credit promotion,product certification,and financial policy implementation.
