基于公众感知的齐鲁乡村景观评价研究

摘要
传统古村落对传承民族记忆和展现地域文化具有重要价值.选择章丘朱家峪古村以携程网游客评价文本数据基础资料,运用ROST CM6 和 NVivo 12 软件进行词频分析、语义网络分析及编码分析.结果显示:朱家峪景区游客量的峰值出现在 4 月和 10 月;景区公众感知可以归纳为建筑风貌、民俗文化、设施服务、心理感受 4 大类;游客对闯关东影视文化和村落整体风貌感知突出;景区需要在规划建设和服务管理 2 个角度及 8 个层面进行完善,以全面提高游客体验度和满意度.
Abstract
Traditional ancient villages have an important value for inheriting national memory and presenting regional culture.Zhangqiu Zhujiayu Ancient Village was selected as the textual data base for visitor evaluation on Trip.com,using ROST CM6 and NVivo 12 software for word frequency analysis,semantic network analysis and coding analysis.The results show that:the peak of the tourist volume of Zhujiayu scenic area occurs in April and October;the public perception of the scenic area can be summarized into four categories:architectural style,folk culture,facilities and services,and psychological feelings;the tourists have outstanding perceptions of the film and television culture of Zhuguangdong and the overall appearance of the village;the scenic area needs to be improved from two perspectives of planning,construction and service management and at eight levels to improve the overall experience and satisfaction of the tourists.
