基于熵权TOPSIS法的农业现代化发展水平评价与障碍因素分析——以江西省为例

推进农业现代化进程是我国经济社会发展的必然趋势.分析、判断、评估我国农业现代化水平,探索制约农业现代化的主要障碍,有助于正确把握我国农业现代化的发展状况和规律,为农业现代化的建设提供科学依据.文章从 6 个方面选取 26 项具体性指标来构建农业现代化水平评价指标体系,通过熵权TOPSIS法对 2012-2021 年江西省农业现代化的发展水平进行综合测算和评价,引入障碍因素概念并由此探寻江西省的时空格局特征.研究发现,在 2012-2021 年间,江西省农业现代化综合评价得分由 2012 年的 0.198 提升至 2021 年的 0.827.江西省农业现代化的高值区聚集在赣中部的环鄱阳湖城市,低值区则位于赣西的萍乡、赣东的鹰潭和赣东北的景德镇.农业机械化程度和化肥施用强度等表现为关键障碍因素,针对关键障碍因素提出了对应江西省和各地级市的政策建议和对策.
Evaluation of Agricultural Modernization Development Level and Analysis of Obstacles Based on Entropy Weight TOPSIS Method:A Case Study of Jiangxi Province
Promoting the agricultural modernization process is an inevitable trend in our country's economic and social development.Analyzing,judging,and evaluating the level of our country's agricultural modernization and exploring the main obstacles restricting agricultural modernization will help correctly grasp the development status and laws of my country's agricultural modernization and provide scientific basis for the construction of agricultural modernization.The article selects 26 specific indicators from 6 aspects to construct an evaluation index system for the level of agricultural modernization.It uses the entropy weight TOPSIS method to comprehensively calculate and evaluate the development level of agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province from 2012 to 2021.It introduces the concept of obstacle factors and thus Explore the spatial and temporal pattern characteristics of Jiangxi Province.The study found that between 2012 and 2021,the comprehensive evaluation score of Jiangxi Province's agricultural modernization increased from 0.198 in 2012 to 0.827 in 2021.The high-value areas of agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province are concentrated in the cities around Poyang Lake in central Jiangxi,while the low-value areas are located in Pingxiang in western Jiangxi,Yingtan in eastern Jiangxi,and Jingdezhen in northeastern Jiangxi.The degree of agricultural mechanization and the intensity of chemical fertilizer application are key obstacles.Based on the key obstacles,policy suggestions and countermeasures for Jiangxi Province and prefecture-level cities are proposed.
