摘要
乡村振兴战略是党秉持初心使命、赋能基层治理、适应农村转型、解决"三农"问题而做出的战略部署.能够推进城乡发展实际与马克思主义理论的充分融合,解决城乡发展不充分及不平衡的问题,以及全面深化改革开放成果.在积极推进乡村振兴战略实施的过程中,提升乡村基层治理效能有其特定的实践路线及渠道,能够从发挥党组织作用、创新自治模式、构建评价机制等维度,提升乡村建设的质量,为我国乡村全面发展及振兴奠定基础.
Abstract
The rural revitalization strategy is a strategic deployment made by the Communist Party of China to uphold its original mission,empower grassroots governance,adapt to rural transformation,and solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,which can promote the full integration of urban and rural development with Marxist theory,solve the problem of insufficient and unbalanced urban and rural development,and comprehensively deepen the achievements of reform and opening up.In the process of actively promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,there are specific practical routes and channels to enhance the effectiveness of grassroots governance in rural areas.This can enhance the quality of rural construction from the dimensions of playing the role of party organizations,innovating autonomous models,and constructing evaluation mechanisms,laying a foundation for the comprehensive development and revitalization of rural areas in China.
