治理现代化视域下新型农村集体经济治理效能研究

摘要
发展壮大新型农村集体经济是实现农业现代化的重要举措,也是实现乡村治理现代化的重要途径.新时代发展新型农村集体经济对于重构乡村治理格局、丰富乡村治理资源、强化乡村治理理念,进而提升乡村治理效能意义重大,但也面临发展质量有待提升、组织管理有待健全、治理功能有待强化的现实困境.为此应通过创新发展方式,提升新型农村集体经济发展质量,规范管理体制,完善新型农村集体经济治理机制,坚持党建引领,激活新型农村集体经济治理动能,以提高乡村治理效能.
Abstract
Developing and expanding the new rural collective economy is an important measure to realize agricultural modernization,and also an important way to realize the modernization of rural governance.The development of new rural collective economy in the new era is of great significance for reconstructing the rural governance pattern,enriching rural governance resources,strengthening the concept of rural governance,and thereby improving the efficiency of rural governance,but it also faces the realistic dilemma that the quality of development needs to be improved,the organization and management needs to be perfected,and the governance function needs to be strengthened.Therefore,It's necessary to improve the quality of the development of the new rural collective economy through innovative development methods,improve the governance mechanism of the new rural collective economy through standardize the management system,and activate the governance dynamics of the new rural collective economy by adhering to the guidance of the Party building,so as to further improve the governance efficiency of the new rural collective economy.
