摘要
农产品供应链韧性的高低,直接影响农产品生产销售环节对于风险的抵御能力,一旦出现突发事件,拥有高韧性的农产品供应链能够更快速调整,降低农产品供应中断的风险.此外,具有高韧性的农产品供应链能够快速调整生产计划,并对运输、库存管理等工作进行协调安排,令供应链更容易适应市场需求的变化.通过解释结构(ISM)模型,可以有效分析影响农产品供应链的主要因素,并从风险管理、技术创新、供应链网络、政策支持四个维度,详细阐述农产品供应链韧性适应性策略,以期保障食品安全,减轻农业系统面临的各种风险,推动农业可持续发展.
Abstract
The resilience of the agricultural product supply chain directly affects the ability of the agricultural product production sales circulation to resist risks.Once an emergency occurs,a highly resilient agricultural product supply chain can adjust more quickly and reduce the risk of agricultural product supply interruption.In addition,a highly resilient agricultural supply chain can quickly adjust production plans and coordinate transportation,inventory management,and other work,making it easier for the supply chain to adapt to changes in market demand.Relevant researchers analyzed the main factors that can affect the agricultural product supply chain based on the Explanatory Structure(ISM)model,and elaborated on the resilience and adaptability strategies of the agricultural product supply chain from four dimensions:risk management,technological innovation,supply chain network,and policy support,in order to ensure food safety,reduce various risks faced by the agricultural system,and promote sustainable development of agriculture.
