摘要
乡村振兴战略下的农业资源与环境专业农林人才培养,应以提升专业人才就业发展能力及乡村岗位工作能力为基础做好教育设计,并利用强化数字化、信息化教育建设、深化跨学科融合教育发展等基础策略,逐步地提升教育针对性、有效性与前瞻性,为乡村振兴战略下更好加强农林人才教育输送提供教育保障.
Abstract
Under the strategy of rural revitalization,the cultivation of agricultural resources and environment professionals in agriculture and forestry should be based on improving the employment and development ability of professional talents and the work ability of rural positions.Education design should be done well,and basic strategies such as strengthening digital and information education construction,deepening interdisciplinary integration and education development should be used to gradually improve the pertinence,effectiveness,and foresight of education,to provide educational guarantees for better strengthening the education and delivery of agricultural and forestry talents under the strategy of rural revitalization.
