Research on the Practical Direction of Rural Revitalization Enabled by the Integration of Production and Talent
The rural revitalization strategy was proposed as a key deployment to achieve the goal of modernizing agriculture and rural areas.Industry is the foundation of revitalization,and talent is the lifeblood of industry.High-quality development of rural revitalization should focus on three aspects,namely talent introduction,talent cultivation and talent retention.First,expanding the rural industrial talent pool by means of utilizing industries to gather talent.Then,in order to achieve the high-quality development of rural industries,it is necessary to drive the revitalization of industries with the revitalization of talents,and do the good job of making full use of local resources,developing local specialty industries,and promoting the development and upgrading of the rural industrial chain as three key tasks.Therefore,the foundation can be laid for governments,enterprises and universities to work towards the same goal.The integration of industrial resources and talent resources can eventually be enhanced.
