Optimized Function Design of the Linear Steering System of the Wheeled Tractor
Wheeled tractors are indispensable power equipment in the process of agricultural mechanization, and their steering system is crucial for improving driving performance and reducing driver fatigue intensity. The full hydraulic steering system is the mainstream configuration of wheeled tractors, and the wire controlled full hydraulic steering system is the future development direction. This article analyzes the structure and principle of mechanical steering system and hydraulic steering system, points out their shortcomings, and then conducts overall design and principle analysis of the wire controlled full hydraulic steering system. The mechanical system, electronic control system, and hydraulic control system are briefly designed and selected. This design adopts a proportional relief valve and an electro-hydraulic servo valve, which enables the tractor's wire controlled steering system to achieve lightweight steering, good road perception, convenient component layout, and ensure the tractor's steering needs under various steering conditions.
