Exploration of the Integrated Training Mode of Industrial Colleges in Applied Universities:A Case Study of Modern Beef Cattle Industry College
This paper discussed the cultivation mode of industrial colleges in applied universities,to serve the training of applied talents more accurately,to deepen the integration of industry and education,and to empower the development of the industry.The practical value of this model in the construction of industrial colleges is studied,through the review,analysis,field research and discussion on construction,which can be used as a way to organically link the education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain.By constructing a close cooperative training mode of government-university-industry-enterprise cooperation in industrial colleges characterized by"five-dimensional linkage",we can achieve the goal of talent training with"4 kinds of capacity"as the goal,implement a flat teaching organization,create a media platform,and enhance the vitality of industrial colleges.In practice,it is also found that the stability of funds and the continuity of industry and enterprises have a significant impact on the sustainable development of industrial colleges.
