Construction and Realization Path of Rural Pluralistic Governance Community from the Perspective of Grass-roots Governance Modernization
The modernization of grass-roots governance is an important cornerstone of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and an important way to achieve high-level governance and promote Chinese modernization.At present,the efficiency of grass-roots governance in China is gradually improving,but it is also necessary to see that,from the perspective of grass-roots governance modernization,the construction of rural pluralistic governance community still faces practical difficulties such as the weakening of the people's sense of community,poor bonding between the party and the government at the grassroots level and the main body of rural pluralistic governance,lack of refinement of grass-roots institutional system,and insufficient application of smart governance.It is necessary to improve the ideological foundation,governance pattern,governance system,governance path and other aspects,make up for the shortcomings of the rural pluralistic governance community,and draw a blueprint for Chinese modernization of grass-roots governance.
