Looking Back and Forward:A Review of Research on Food Security in the New Era
By analyzing the core database of CNKI,we can grasp the research status and hot topics of food security in the new era,explore its cutting-edge topics,and provide new ideas for future research.The article uses bibliometric methods and Citespace visualization software to search for literature related to food security in the new era from 2013 to 2023,draw a knowledge graph,and conduct visual econometric analysis.Obtain the following results:(1)The research on food security in the new era has a clear policy orientation,and the research results have been increasing year by year.The research content presents a diversified development.(2)Although there is cooperation among authors in publishing articles,overall,the cooperative relationship between authors is still relatively loose.The main research institutions are mainly higher education institutions,and the degree of cooperation between these research institutions is relatively low,and a close cooperation network has not yet been established.(3)Key words co-occurrence and cluster atlas show that research hotspots mainly focus on rural revitalization,farmland protection,agricultural power,big food concept,Chinese path to modernization and other aspects.Future research should strengthen cooperation among scholars,reform academic evaluation systems,promote modern agricultural technologies,achieve high-quality development of grain production,strengthen the application of digital and intelligent agricultural technologies,improve grain production efficiency,promote agricultural scientific and technological innovation,strengthen agricultural management,promote interdisciplinary and cross regional international cooperation,and jointly address global food security challenges.
