摘要
乡村旅游对促进乡村振兴具有重要意义,已成为经济社会发展的新业态、新亮点,是促进产业结构调整、扩大就业、促进区域农业经济发展和农民增收以及推动乡村振兴战略实施的生力军.同时,健全农村融资服务体系是促进乡村旅游产业高质量发展的重要支撑,然而当前乡村旅游面临着融资信息不对称、融资难、融资贵、贷款信用与担保不够等多重困境,成为乡村旅游亟需解决的突出问题.本研究对国内外乡村旅游的融资问题进行了文献梳理,整理归纳了乡村旅游发展现状、融资方面存在的问题,提出系列应对措施:需加大政府资金的投入力度,科学规划统筹协同,推进乡村旅游科学施策;加强乡村旅游主体自身建设,促进多元融资;创新金融服务,激发乡村旅游内生动力等.
Abstract
Rural tourism is of great significance in promoting rural revitalization,and has become new business forms and highlights of economic and social development.It is a driving force for promoting industrial restructuring,expanding employment,promoting regional agricultural economic development,increasing farmers'income,and promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.At the same time,improving the rural financing service system is an important support for promoting the high-quality development of the rural tourism industry.However,current rural tourism is facing multiple challenges such as asymmetric financing information,difficult financing,expensive financing,and insufficient loan credit and guarantee,which have become prominent problems that urgently need to be solved in rural tourism.This study conducts a literature review on the financing issues of rural tourism at home and abroad,summarizes the current development situation of rural tourism and the problems in financing,and proposes a series of countermeasures:It is necessary to increase the investment of government funds,scientifically plan and coordinate,and promote scientific policies for rural tourism;Strengthen the self construction of rural tourism entities and promote diversified financing;innovate financial services,and stimulate the internal power of rural tourism and so on.
