高校档案数字化转型困境与创新路径研究

摘要
伴随科技的快速发展,档案管理也呈现出数字化、信息化的特征.加速推进高校档案数字化转型,是顺应时代发展需求、提升档案管理实效的必然之举,是持续赋能国家档案现代化建设、提升高等教育质量的趋势.在加速推进高校档案转型及发展中,高校面临着档案管理理念、管理体制、人才建设等方面的困境,迫切需要高校以资源汇总、发掘及服务为抓手,持续创新高校档案数字化转型路径.
Abstract
With the rapid development of technology,archive management has also shown the characteristics of digitization and informatization.Accelerating the digital transformation of university archives is a necessary measure to meet the needs of the times and improve the effectiveness of archive management.It is an inevitable trend to continuously empower the modernization of national archives construction and improve the quality of higher education.However,in accelerating the transformation and development of university archives,universities are facing difficulties in archive management concepts,management systems,talent construction,and other aspects.It is necessary for universities to continuously innovate the path of digital transformation of university archives by focusing on resource aggregation,exploration,and services.
